SOS Mulher 1.2.0

The application aims to promote protective action for people in vulnerable situations. Developed by the Military Police of the State of São Paulo, the app allows individuals covered by protective measures granted by the Justice system to contact the emergency service 190 in cases of risk to physical integrity or life.

How it works:

• After obtaining protective measures against the aggressor in court, the interested party can register and access the application so that, in case of non-compliance with the judicial determination by the aggressor, they can contact the emergency service 190 through the mobile device, avoiding contact through the phone 190. When activating the app, the approximate location of the requester is sent to the emergency service.
• If GPS is not enabled or there is no mobile data network available on the device, the system will not allow activation for opening an occurrence report, requiring contact by phone through 190.
